Nomad Nexus Africa is a Kenya-based research and advisory consultancy that strengthens the nexus between communities (humans), livestock (livelihoods), and ecosystems (land). We design and implement locally driven, data-informed, and impact-oriented solutions to improve well-being in pastoral communities.

Founder - Peris Njoki Kung’u
Dr. Peris Njoki Kung’u is the Founder of Nomad Nexus Africa, a curious and proactive veterinary public health professional with over ten years of experience leading and implementing research and development projects across the public and animal health sectors. She is skilled in multidisciplinary collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and project management, with a strong track record of translating data into actionable insights for policy and program design. Peris is deeply passionate about empowering marginalized and pastoralist communities through innovative, evidence-based, and sustainable solutions that bridge human, animal, and environmental health.
